How to call British Airways from outside the UK
British Airways has a number for British Airways Club members calling from abroad, and local numbers in many countries. Here's which to use and how to get through.

Which number to use
British Airways publishes a separate number for members of the British Airways Club, its frequent-flyer programme, who are calling from outside the UK. It's the number above, and it's open around the clock for new bookings, changes, upgrades and refunds.
If you're not a member, use the British Airways number for the country you're in: choose your country on the contact page on ba.com to see it. In the UK, its general number is 0344 493 0787.
Before you call
- Many changes can be made without a call, in Manage My Booking on ba.com or in the British Airways app.
- If your flight is delayed or cancelled, check your flight status and the options in Manage My Booking first. They often appear there before the phone lines can help.
- Have your booking reference ready. It's six characters, on your confirmation email.
Getting through the phone menu
The number above starts with a recorded menu. When it asks you to choose an option, tap Keypad during the call and press the number. For an existing booking, press 1 and then 1. For a new booking, press 1 and then 2.
Calling without roaming charges
